Don’t Hide It, Flaunt It – School & Community Programs offers social emotional learning and empathy-building programs that include customized presentations, workshops, and programming. The program includes a keynote Diversity & Inclusion speech and hands-on participation to embrace the message of Don’t Hide It, Flaunt It (DHIFI). It offers school, community, and corporate sessions that focus on visible and invisible differences through activities such as Kid Flaunts, Teen Flaunts, Sibling Flaunts, and Guest Flaunts.

Don’t Hide It, Flaunt It (DHIFI) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the mission of advancing acceptance, understanding, tolerance and mutual respect for a person’s visible or invisible differences. DHIFI works with community organizations, summer camps, faith-based organizations, and other nonprofits.

Testimonials describe Meg Zucker’s presentations and DHIFI programs in a variety of settings. The former U.S. Ambassador to Israel, Daniel Shapiro, stated that audiences at the U.S. Embassy in Israel in 2015 were deeply inspired by her personal story, advocacy, and the early success of Don’t Hide It, Flaunt It. Mike Lee, CEO of RBC Global Asset Management, described her keynote Diversity & Inclusion speech for their Global Asset Management department as well-attended and impactful. An educator from Frank R. Conwell School PS#3 shared that the DHIFI program brought their community of students together to celebrate and accept both visible and invisible differences. An Executive Director of Asset Management at PGIM Real Estate thanked Meg for speaking to U.S. and global leadership teams at an Inclusion & Leadership Network meeting and noted that her sessions matched the meeting’s purpose to embrace and celebrate differences. At Cornell University’s 2019 President’s Council of Cornell Women Symposium, Carole Quealy reported that Meg gave a presentation titled “What You Think of Me is None of My Business: Embracing Your Superpower,” and also described Meg’s presentation as insightful, thoughtful, impactful, and focused on stories about people with visible and invisible differences. Rachel Gonzalez Levy of Bristol Myers Squibb (formerly Celgene) stated that DHIFI created a customized presentation and workshop for Celgene’s Bring Your Child to Work Day that included hands-on participation and that Meg was later rehired as a keynote speaker for an employee event. Mindy Scheier, Founder and CEO of Runway of Dreams Foundation, described Meg as an energetic and engaging speaker whose message “the things that make me different make me, me” resonates with audiences of all ages and backgrounds.
