Summer Nature Camps includes summer camp programs that feature nature focused programs. Children and families can take part in birding events, programs and workshops led by nature experts, including activities such as Beachcombing the Cove, Bird Walk for all People, and Tiny Tots – Summer Series.
New Jersey Audubon was founded in 1897. The organization’s mission is to inspire and empower people to care for nature throughout New Jersey and beyond. Summer Nature Camps are part of New Jersey Audubon’s broader work, which also includes the Sparta Mountain Wildlife Management Area Forest Stewardship Plan developed in partnership with the NJ Division of Fish and Wildlife, the Northern Bobwhite Restoration Initiative, and a Project SNOWstorm partnership to study and track snowy owls. New Jersey Audubon collaborates with a network of partners to extend its knowledge, reach, and impact.
