Red Bulls Youth Programs include a wide range of soccer activities such as Camps, Summer Camps, Regional Development Schools, RDS Clinics, RDS Futsal Clinics, and RDS Invitational events. The program also offers RDS Residential Camps, RDS Showcase Teams, RDS Tactical Camps, RDS Talent Centers, and RDS Technical Camps, along with Player Evaluation and Winter Training Clinics. Additional activities include the Urban Soccer Program, the Believe Program, the Keeper Challenge, Club Development Programs, the Youth Soccer Summit, and the Camp Skills Challenge.

Red Bulls Summer Camps follow the club’s high-energy, player-centered training philosophy and are described as fast, technical, competitive, and focused on development. Regional Development Schools operate as a year-round supplementary training program for players aged 7–14, giving players exposure to professional coaching standards, a consistent methodology, and advanced training environments. Red Bulls Academy is described as a nationally recognized, fully funded program for U10 to U18 boys and is dedicated to developing homegrown professional players for the New York Red Bulls. Community involvement includes multi-year and strategic partnerships with Mountainside FC, Valley Stream Soccer Club, Brooklyn Italians SC, and Hub Soccer of Denville.
