About

Princeton YMCA Youth Programs & Camps offers activities that include group exercise, aquatics, fitness, health and wellness, personal training, recreation, and sports. The program includes options such as basketball, judo, Kokikai Aikido, Sports Mania, teen activities, school age child care, Kids Day Out, summer camp, Kids Corner babysitting, birthday parties and rentals, family swim, and open gym. Participants can also take part in swim lessons for youth, teens, and adults, including group and private swim lessons, competitive aquatics, water exercise, and Red Cross lifeguard and CPR training.

Adaptive and all abilities programs are led by qualified, trained staff members, and include adaptive fitness and all abilities options for individuals with special needs and diverse abilities. The Princeton YMCA Pirates Swim Team is a coed team that competes against other YMCA teams or local swim clubs. Additional offerings connected to the wider organization include youth training, nutrition coaching, weight loss programs, fitness orientation, group exercise classes, water exercise classes, LES MILLS programs, Active Older Adults, chronic disease programs, enrichment classes, teen programs, civic engagement, the A.C.E. Program, Princeton Young Achievers, Career Corner, Saturdays in Motion, LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, and Memory Cafe, which is described as a free, volunteer-led program for individuals experiencing memory loss, Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), early-onset Alzheimer’s Disease, Dementia, and other conditions.
