The leadership team is led by Founder & CEO Ron Bratt.
Staff at the camps include classroom experienced teachers, nationally competitive debate coaches, and professional educators with years of experience. All staff are background-checked at the state and federal level, with adult dorm directors present 24/7 and residential advisors on every floor. The program lists a zero tolerance for bullying policy and a nut-free policy at all locations, along with key card access to all buildings, students required to remain in groups, and attendance taken at every class.

A parent from Austin, TX, reports that on the last day of camp, their child asked to be signed up for next year. A parent from Berea, KY, states that safety was their priority when sending their 11-year-old eight hours from home for twelve days and that Capitol Debate goes the extra mile. A parent from Bellevue, WA, shares that other parents now comment on their daughter being an eloquent speaker and that she wanted to return the following summer.
