Livingston Educational Center Tutoring and Educational Services offers educational and psychological testing, diagnostic evaluations, tutoring, advocacy services, and learning disability remediation. The program provides subject tutoring in reading, writing, and math, as well as small group reading and writing classes. Instruction can also focus on organization and study skills, executive functioning, and SAT prep.

Livingston Educational Center, LLC was founded by Jaime Lehrhoff, M.A., LDT-C, in January 2006, and the Livingston Educational Center at Short Hills opened in 2012 as the primary location for all testing and tutoring. The center is a privately owned learning center that specializes in educational and psychological testing, tutoring, advocacy services, learning disability remediation, diagnostic evaluations, and small group reading and writing classes. The staff consists of certified teachers who work to understand each child's strengths and weaknesses and provide individualized support that matches the student's learning style. Jaime Lehrhoff, M.A., LDT-C, is the Owner and Director; she graduated from Newark Academy in 1993, earned an Elementary Education and Sociology degree from Adelphi University in 1997, completed a Master's degree from New York University in reading and learning disabilities, and received a learning disabilities teacher consultant certification from Montclair State University. Jaime was featured in NJ Family Magazine's Best Doctors in 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2018.
The Livingston Educational Center serves families from multiple Essex County and nearby towns, including Short Hills/Millburn, Livingston, Summit, Springfield, Chatham, Madison, Westfield, West Orange, and The Caldwells. In addition to her work at the center, Jaime consults with school districts in the New Jersey area, evaluates and diagnoses children and adults with learning disabilities, and speaks around the tri-state area on topics such as dyslexia, early signs of learning disabilities, and executive functioning.
Parent feedback includes reports of a child moving from Below Average to the higher end of the Average range on a diagnostic evaluation in under one year, appreciation for support in getting a student off to the college of her choice, and descriptions of extensive communication and support for parents.
