O.C.E.A.N., Inc. Head Start Child Development Program

O.C.E.A.N., Inc. Head Start Child Development Program offers the Head Start Child Development Program for children ages 3-5, the Early Head Start (EHS) Home-Based program for infants and toddlers ages 0-3 and pregnant women, Parent-Child Socializations for participants and their families, and special needs services for children with diverse needs. The program also includes weekly 90-minute home visits for EHS Home-Based children.

• Facility hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., services are available by appointment only.
