YMCA Camp Hiawatha includes outdoor play, outdoor games, water games, arts and crafts, science activities, reading time, and non-elimination games through the CATCH curriculum. Campers take part in outdoor water play, water sprinklers, and water games, as well as weekly safe swim instruction and recreational swim time in an indoor pool. The program also offers bike riding, scooter riding, Spikeball, Gaga, sports such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, Foot Golf, and field games like relay races and obstacle courses, along with fun and educational STEM activities, Sanford Harmony social and emotional learning activities, Healthy U activities and games, and weekly camp themes such as space, multicultural celebrations, animals, and fitness fun.
