Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest New Jersey Programs include indoor and outdoor activities, crafts, STEM activities, social recreation, tech time, and sports. The programs also include early education programs, after-school programs, vacation camps, summer camps, leadership clubs, and sports teams.

The mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest New Jersey Programs is to enable all young people, especially those who need them most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens. Boys & Girls Clubs provide a safe way to learn and grow in a fun environment, where children build ongoing relationships with caring, adult professionals through life-enhancing programs and character development experiences. Local community partners support the Clubs through their philanthropic efforts. The Neighbors In Hardship Scholarship Fund allows children of families experiencing financial difficulties due to the Coronavirus pandemic and other hardships to continue to attend Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest New Jersey programs, and since June 2021, 84 scholarships were awarded, including 68 monthly scholarships to aftercare and pre-school children, 6 individual scholarships for registration fees for sports, and 6 scholarships for 9-weeks of summer camp. The leadership team includes Dan Dipsey.
