Camp Clear Creek is led by Camp Director Tracy. The camp follows the mission of offering a traditional day camp experience in the convenient and familiar setting of the country club, with structured programming and an experienced and energetic staff team. Campers must be at least 4 years old by their first day at camp, must be potty-trained, and must be able to handle a full-day program, and non-members must be sponsored by a Club Member to register. KE Camps, the company behind Camp Clear Creek, was established in 1999, operates over 230 camps in more than 35 states, and has served more than 12,000 campers, with registration for Summer 2026 opening to Club Members and Guests of Members on January 9, 2026.

Thankful Thursdays at Camp Clear Creek include weekly community service projects such as the Project Morry Relay-A-Thon, Cards for A Million Thanks, and the Kindness Chain for SCOPE, along with other examples like Cards for Hospitalized Kids and Alex’s Lemonade Stand. KE Camps requires all campers to wear the official camp shirt each day, and the one-time, non-refundable registration fee includes two camp shirts. Campers are asked to dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes, leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home, and bring a labeled bag or backpack with optional extra snacks, a flotation vest if classified as a Bogey (non-swimmer) or preferred as such, golf clubs (required), lunch if not purchasing from the club, sunscreen (spray for body preferred), swimsuit, an optional tennis racquet, and a water bottle.
