Nevada Math Enrichment Classes

Nevada Math Enrichment Classes offers the AMC 8 Prep Class Series for grade 8 and below. The series has 6 classes on Sundays from 11:00am to 12:30pm and costs a flat $200. It is for students looking to improve their math skills and prepare for the AMC 8 competition.

• Competition Math Class – Grades 1-5 — grades 1-5 · Not currently offered.
• Competition Team Prep Classes -Grades 6 and Above — grades 6 and above · Not currently offered. There are two class series offered: Competition Trigonometry and Number Theory. Minimum of 4 students required to run and a maximum of 16 students per class.
• Games Clubs – Grades 3-5 — grades 3-5 · Not currently offered.
• Crafts & Problem Labs – for Grades 3-6 — grades 3-6 · Not currently offered. Fee includes materials costs.

About the provider

Nevada Math started in the winter of 2012 as a regional team for the American Regions Mathematics League (ARML) annual competition. The program says it has grown over the last 13 years. Its mission is to create the culture and provide the opportunities needed for kids in grades 1-12 to develop and flourish into world class mathletes and problem solvers. The program serves Nevada students in grades 1-12, regardless of where they attend school or if they are homeschooled. All participants are required to have a completed waiver on file for the program year 7/1/2025 through 6/30/2026.

We serve Nevada students in grades 1-12 regardless of where they attend school or if they are homeschooled. Participation in MathRocks! Contest Series is encouraged for some classes. Competition Team Prep Classes require a minimum of 4 students and a maximum of 16 students per class.
