About the provider

Note-Able Music Therapy Services started in 1999 as a music class at the Northern Nevada Center for Independent Living. It became a nonprofit in 2003 and was officially renamed Note-Able Music Therapy Services in January 2012. Its mission is to create through music, and its vision is to create a community where every person can access, experience, and connect through music. The program serves people of all ages with intellectual disabilities, sensory impairments, autism, traumatic brain injuries, dementia, mental health and substance use disorder, neurological disorders, physical disabilities, hospice patients, veterans, at-risk youth, medically fragile individuals, and more.

  • Kitchen for rent at NMTS — Commercial support kitchen available for hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly rentals.
