School Field Trips are available for K-12th grade and run year-round for all grade levels. Teachers can use the museum’s automobiles, artifacts, and clothing displays as primary sources in teaching history, humanities, and more. The program has a preferred start time of 10 AM, lasts about 90 to 120 minutes, and requires a minimum of 20 students and a maximum of 60 students.

The National Automobile Museum opened on November 5, 1989. It preserves and celebrates the passion for the automobile—past, present, and future. The museum is recognized as “One of America’s Top Ten Automobile Museums.”

Teachers can use the Museum’s automobiles, artifacts and clothing displays as primary sources in teaching history, humanities and more. School programs benefit children, families and educators. The Museum offers school programs and field trips for all ages.
