About the provider
Sierra Nevada Ballet has been performing in northern Nevada since 2001. Sierra Nevada Ballet is an IRS approved 501(c)(3) non-profit organization registered in Nevada, and it offers professional training in classical ballet using the American Ballet Theater’s nationally recognized training curriculum. The organization is one of few in the state to receive multiple direct funding grants from the National Endowment for the Arts. Over 30 volunteers contribute more than 200 hours per year, and the organization serves more than 10,000 residents and tourists annually, including 4,000 school children, through educational outreach and public performances.
The Academy is for students age 3 through adult, beginning through professional. The form includes consent for use of a child's image in promotional materials and a liability agreement for dance activities.
