About
Challenger Sports Camps offers week-long summer soccer camps that include Foundational Skills Camps, Creative Skills Camps, TinyTykes Camps, Team Camps, tournaments, international tours, a Study and Play Abroad program, and an Academy program. Challenger Sports Camps continues to run programs all over North America for players of all ages and ability levels, with week-long summer camps staffed by international and domestic coaches.
• Ages: 2–18 years old

Challenger Sports Camps states that all camps are staffed by a team of both international and domestic coaches who are trained to give children a camp experience led by committed coaches and experienced educators on the game. TinyTykes can also be offered as a weekly session on a year-round basis. Challenger Sports originated as a British-led soccer camp business in North America, and the majority of staff work from remote locations across the US, the UK, and Canada, with a corporate hub presence in Kansas City.
Challenger Sports has positively impacted more than one million children globally since 1985, beginning with All American Indoor Sports in Lenexa, KS in 1985 and the formation of Challenger Sports in 1997, and 2025 marks 40 years of running soccer camps. The mission of Challenger Sports Camps is stated as “Our mission remains to ignite the passion.” The current leadership team consists of Daniel Miller, Grant Hall, Ben Beer, Lauren Wymore, Alex Green, Linda Shoare, Anthony Riley, and Rob Herringer.
Challenger Sports Camps works with hundreds of clubs across the country through its Academy and Tours programs, remains in partnership with Challenger Teamwear, and has teamed up with Global Sports Experiences (GSE) to expand soccer opportunities for youth across the globe. Challenger Sports has also formed a partnership with SPIRE Academy as part of a plan to provide a true player pathway. Parents have trusted Challenger Sports for over 40 years for an engaging, high-energy soccer experience for their children.
Parent feedback about Challenger Sports Camps includes comments such as “So awesome!” from S. Gerson and “The equipment, the coaches, and the program are all top drawer” from the Glover family. Other parents, including the Kenyon, Moore, Ormiston, and Stacy families, describe being impressed with the coaches, noting that their children enjoyed the camps and that they would host or request camps again in the future. One parent, K. Stacy, described it as “The best soccer or sporting experience they ever had.”
