Gotham Gymnastics

Gotham Gymnastics offers gymnastics along with bouncing on trampolines, jumping in a foam pit, and climbing walls. The program takes place in a state-of-the-art facility outfitted with the safest and most advanced gymnastics equipment available. Its programs are informed by The Complete Athlete, a proprietary system of coaching developed by Gotham Gymnastics that emphasizes eight core components: Gymnastics, Athletic Performance, Mental Performance, Nutrition, Physical Therapy, Medical Support, Enrichment, and Family Support. Gotham Gymnastics offers six year-round classes for kids of all ages, levels, and abilities, as well as School’s Out sessions offered year round for kids ages three and up whenever school is not in session. The program focuses on athleticism, sportsmanship, discipline, and personal bests while still allowing kids to be kids.

Daniel holds a BA in PE and Sports Science from Estacio de Sa in Brazil, and Ana holds a BA and Licensed Teacher degree in PE and Sports Science from the Federal University of Mines Gerais in Brazil. Gotham Gymnastics opened a second location in Summer 2024. The mission of Gotham Gymnastics is to elevate the sport by prioritizing the athlete, with a focus on safety, physical health, and mental well-being to build a dynamic community where athletes of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds are inspired to achieve excellence through a strong foundation that drives success.
