Discovery Camps takes place within the broader programs of the Buffalo Museum of Science. Participants can access All About Space Interactive Demonstrations, which are drop in, require no registration, are included with admission, and are free for Buffalo Museum of Science members.

The Buffalo Museum of Science is led by President & CEO Gary Siddall, with a leadership team that includes Allison Congi, Executive Assistant; Jeffrey Knapp, Vice President, Finance & Administration; Melanie Jaskolka, Vice President, Advancement; Amy Biber Collson, Vice President, External Relations; Kathryn H. Leacock, Executive Vice President, Science & Collections; Holly A. Schreiber, PhD, Director of Science; Jeremy Dusher, Vice President, Operations; Genna Mages, Events and Engagement Manager; and Meghan Dye, Vice President, Learning & Tifft Nature Preserve. Tifft Nature Preserve, which is part of the Buffalo Society of Natural Sciences, has five miles of nature trails and boardwalks that greet visitors year-round in an urban oasis. The programs of the Buffalo Society of Natural Sciences are supported in part by public funds from the County of Erie; City of Buffalo; New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation; and members and friends.
