Sands Family YMCA Youth Programs include activities such as pickleball, cooking classes, youth programs, swimming classes, lifeguard training, projection games, open gym time, homeschool sports, homeschool swimming, and homeschool arts programs. The program also offers AOA programs as part of its activity lineup.

The YMCA of Greater Rochester has a partnership with Canandaigua National Bank & Trust to name the CNB Midway: Adventure Center and Child Watch at the Sands Family YMCA. One parent shared, “The staff is incredible, there seems to be unlimited things to do, and countless ways to improve health. It offers a great family experience as well.”
