Southern Saratoga YMCA Youth & Teen Programs include activities such as Les Mills classes like BODYPUMP, GRIT, and BODYCOMBAT, as well as group exercise classes and indoor cycling. The programs also offer swim lessons, pickleball, an indoor triathlon series, Youth & Government, Black & Latino Achievers, day camp, teen programs, and EGYM smart strength training. Y-360 virtual workouts are available anytime, and outdoor pickleball courts at Southern Saratoga YMCA are now open.

• Schedule: Branch hours are Monday to Thursday 5am–9pm, Friday 5am–7pm, and Saturday and Sunday 7am–7pm. The branch is closed on Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, and Christmas Day.
• Price: Youth Membership (18 and younger) is $38 per month; Young Adult Membership (19–29) is $45 per month; Senior Adult Membership (65 and older) is $63 per month; Adult Membership (30 and older) is $68 per month; One Adult Household Membership is $91 per month; Household Membership is $112 per month. The joiner’s fee is $25 for Youth Membership, $50 for Young Adult Membership, and $100 for other memberships, and prices are reviewed once a year and may change.

The mission of the YMCA is to focus on youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility, and to nurture the potential of every youth and teen, improve the nation’s health and well-being, and provide opportunities to give back and support neighbors. The Capital District YMCA supports, engages, and strengthens the Capital Region community through programs and partnerships focused on youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility, including food drives for local pantries, Basket Brigade meals for over 1200 families each Thanksgiving, Running Start school supplies and clothing for more than 800 kids in need, and Circle of Champs events for over 150 families of children facing life-threatening illnesses. The Capital District YMCA has partnered with HMA Contracting, Hamel Real Estate & St. Edwards Church, and the Capital Region Food Pantries to feed families for Thanksgiving. The YMCA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
