The Town of Colonie Parks and Recreation Programs include the Summer Enrichment Program and Learn-To-Swim for ages 5 to 18. The department also offers the Colonie Mohawk River Park and Pool, with a Pool and Splash Pad that open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on May 23, 24, 25, May 30, 31, June 6, 7, and June 13 through September 6, 2026, weather permitting.

About the provider
The department launched an online portal for enrolling in activities, reserving rental spaces, and obtaining pool passes. Physical key fobs can be used for residents without access to a smart phone, and virtual key fobs are available from the WebTrac account under "My Memberships."

Town of Colonie residents must obtain a Resident FOB to enter the Colonie Town Pool for the 2026 season. No exceptions. Pool and Splash Pad hours are weather permitting. Pool rules include resident restricted access, no running on pool decks, no pets, no swimming aids, swim diapers required, and only US Coast Guard approved life jackets are allowed in the pool.
