YMCA of Long Island Summer Day Camp includes activities in Adventure, Aquatics, Creative Arts, Camp Traditions, Special Activities and Trips, and Summer Learning. The program also features a Phones Down Eyes Up water safety initiative that designates a water watcher. Families can access a Y Guy Winter Coloring Book and a Press Play on Summer video that showcases YMCA Summer Day Camp.
• Ages: 3–15 years old
• Schedule: Camp hours 9am–4pm with AM care 7am–9am and PM care 4pm–6pm; four sessions from June 29–August 21, 2026, plus Camp Closeout options August 24–28, 2026
• Price: PLUS 5-month payment plan. Pricing will be available during enrollment process.
The camp offers a variety of options for ages 3–15, including Kiddie, Youth, Pre-Teen, Teen, Sports Camp, and CIT. Camp Open House events include tours and Q&A, with registration required. YMCA of Long Island is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and the YMCA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility.
The YMCA is marking its 175th anniversary with the message “Celebrate 175th years of the YMCA!” Family Services is a branch of the YMCA of Long Island and provides a menu of treatment and prevention services that promote the emotional wellness of individuals, families, and the community at large. The staff for these services includes licensed social workers, licensed mental health counselors, credentialed alcohol and substance abuse counselors, a psychiatrist, a physician’s assistant, and other trained advocates.
