Pulse Premier Sports Camps offers sport-specific programs in basketball, field hockey, lacrosse, multi sports, soccer, tennis, flag football, SNAG Golf, volleyball, and golf. Programs are open to children of all sporting backgrounds with placement into age- and ability-appropriate groups, using a multi-level curriculum adapted by age, gender, and ability. Pulse Premier Sports Camps offers daily recreational free swim sessions and lunch options at select locations, with daily swim and lunch included at select venues. Multi-week programs and extended day options are available, and before care is available at most locations. Programs are redesigned to follow the latest safety guidelines based upon updated guidance from the CDC, ACA, and state health departments, and all practice methods are developed from research by the world's leading youth sports academies and organizations. The program offers a low coach-to-player ratio and outstanding facilities that include state-of-the-art turf fields, gymnasiums, fitness centers, auditoriums, and swimming pools.

Pulse Premier Sports Camps are part of the United Soccer Academy and US Sports Institute, which has been providing soccer education programming and sports courses to communities for over 15 years. The organization has worked with over 500 groups across the United States, including recreation departments, YMCAs, JCCs, school districts, and other private organizations and clubs that require sports programming.

Pulse Premier Sports Camps state that their mission is to offer specialized coaching programs for children of all skill levels through a multi-level curriculum designed and delivered by highly trained professional coaches. Coaches at Pulse Premier Sports Camps are First Aid and CPR certified and are described as highly qualified professional sports coaches. All staff members have at least three years of coaching experience and complete a rigorous recruitment process that includes on-field coaching assessments and in-depth off-field interviews. Successful applicants undergo extensive background and reference checks and a thorough company orientation, and all coaches are required to attend regular training and development throughout the summer. Pulse hires candidates primarily from the United States and Europe, and staff members feature a variety of specialist qualifications.

For equipment and daily needs, all basketball and multi sports equipment is provided, while golf participants must bring their own set of clubs and follow the dress code. Tennis participants must provide their own racquet, and volleyball participants must bring their own knee pads, appropriate sneakers, and any other protective equipment. Soccer players need to wear shin guards and cleats or soccer sneakers. All campers are required to arrive in sports-appropriate clothing and footwear, with sun protection such as sunscreen and a hat, snacks, and plenty of water or fluids for the day. Campers should pack a bathing suit and towel for swim, and may include a second bathing suit if attending a full-day program at either the Pingry School or Essex County Country Club where players swim twice, and bring any required medication or Epi-pen.
