Glen Cove Youth Bureau Programs includes The After 3 Program, which offers homework assistance, reading, enrichment, recreation, and positive social opportunities after the school day. It also includes summer programs with recreation, learning, friendships, and summer experiences, seasonal youth employment with Green Teams and internship opportunities, mentoring, trips and enrichment, family services, and youth bureau events.

The mission includes supporting programs, scholarships, youth employment, mentoring, family services, and community initiatives for local young people. The Friends of the Glen Cove Youth Board supports the Youth Bureau through fundraising, grants, donations, scholarships, community partnerships, and volunteer support.
