Mid Island Gymnastics offers a Mommy and Me gymnastics program where young children take part in swinging, jumping, climbing, and balancing with hands-on instruction. The program also includes a Pre-K gymnastics program that uses safe teaching aids and introduces movement and balance. Older children can join Girls Gymnastics and Boys Gymnastics Programs that include vaulting, uneven parallel bars, balance beam, floor exercises, recreation classes, and competition training.
