BASCOL Before and After School & Summer Programs offers NYS licensed before and after school child care for children in grades K through 6th. The program also operates during school vacations, snow days, and the summer.

BASCOL Before and After School & Summer Programs is a not for profit 501(c)(3) organization that was established in 1992 by a group of working parents in need of quality school age child care. BASCOL is celebrating over 30 years of providing child care and has been providing licensed child care to the Syracuse and Central New York areas since 1992. BASCOL is located at 15 sites throughout 6 different school districts in Onondaga County and Oswego County, with sites in the Central Square, Liverpool, Lyncourt, Solvay, St. Mary's Academy, and West Genesee school districts. BASCOL is governed by a Board of Directors and an Executive Director that ensure its compliance with New York State Office of Children and Family Services child care regulations.
The BASCOL Administrative Office is open during listed office hours. The leadership team includes Executive Director Chere Petrivelli, Business Manager Terry Liberty, Program Managers Kim Kims, Joseph Antonuccio, Holly Schmedicke, and Sarah Hahn, and Operations Manager Michelle Manning.
