Before and After School Child Care on Location, Inc. (BASCOL) offers New York State licensed before and after school child care with engaging activities for children in grades K through 6th. The program provides child care before and after school, during school vacations, on snow days, and in the summer, as well as holiday and occasional child care days.

• Schedule: Office hours Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:30pm
BASCOL is a not for profit 501(c)(3) organization that was established in 1992 by a group of working parents in need of quality school age child care and is celebrating over 30 years of providing child care. BASCOL is governed by a Board of Directors and an Executive Director who ensure its compliance with New York State Office of Children and Family Services child care regulations. The organization’s mission is to provide convenient, quality New York State licensed before and after school child care on location with engaging activities for children in grades K through 6th. BASCOL has been providing licensed child care to the Syracuse and Central New York areas since 1992 and operates at 15 sites throughout six different school districts in Onondaga County and Oswego County, including sites in the Central Square, Liverpool, Lyncourt, Solvay, St. Mary’s Academy, and West Genesee school districts. The leadership team includes Executive Director Chere Petrivelli, Business Manager Terry Liberty, Program Managers Kim Kims, Joseph Antonuccio, Holly Schmedicke, and Sarah Hahn, and Operations Manager Michelle Manning.
