BASCOL Before and After School & Summer Programs offers NYS licensed before and after school child care and summer programs for children in grades K through 6th. The program also offers child care during school vacations, snow days, and holiday and occasional child care days. BASCOL has been providing licensed child care to the Syracuse and Central New York areas since 1992.

• Schedule: Office hours Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:30pm
BASCOL’s mission is to provide convenient, quality NYS licensed before and after school child care on location with engaging activities for children in grades K through 6th. Services include before school child care, after school child care, summer programs for kids, and holiday and occasional child care days. BASCOL is a not for profit 501(c)(3) organization that was established in 1992 by a group of working parents in need of quality school age child care and is governed by a Board of Directors and an Executive Director that ensure its compliance with New York State Office of Children and Family Services child care regulations. BASCOL is celebrating over 30 years of providing child care.
BASCOL is located at 15 sites throughout 6 different school districts in Onondaga County and Oswego County and has sites in the Central Square, Liverpool, Lyncourt, Solvay, St. Mary's Academy, and West Genesee school districts. The leadership team includes Executive Director Chere Petrivelli, Business Manager Terry Liberty, Program Managers Kim Kims, Joseph Antonuccio, Holly Schmedicke, and Sarah Hahn, and Operations Manager Michelle Manning.
