Before and After School Child Care on Location, Inc. (BASCOL) offers before school child care, after school child care, before and after school child care, summer program, school holidays and occasional child care, and the SHO Plus Program. BASCOL serves children in grades K-6, and the SHO Plus Program covers school holidays, half days, vacation days, snow days, and other altered school days.

About the provider

BASCOL has provided licensed child care to the Syracuse and Central New York areas since 1992 and is celebrating over 30 years of child care. It is a NYS licensed, not for profit 501(c)(3) organization that follows New York State Office of Children and Family Services child care regulations. The leadership team includes Executive Director Chere Petrivelli, Business Manager Terry Liberty, Program Manager Kim Kims, Program Manager Joseph Antonuccio, Program Manager Holly Schmedicke, Program Manager Sarah Hahn, and Operations Manager Michelle Manning.

BASCOL provides care for children in grades K-6. The SHO Plus Program is for school holidays, half days, vacation days, snow days, and any other time normal school hours/days are altered. Any child in grades K-6 may enroll in SHO Plus regardless of school district or school attended. Care is available based upon the site's school calendar. Occasional morning or afternoon attendance may be possible if space is available and prior arrangements have been made through the BASCOL office.
