About
Soccer Stars offers youth soccer training, a youth soccer program that teaches the fundamentals of the sport, and weekly games through the Soccer Stars Rec League. The program also includes a pre-soccer music and movement program for toddlers, camps and clinics, private soccer lessons and private classes (1-on-1 or small group), birthday parties, and school enrichment programming. The Soccer Stars Rec League combines practice and game play in one session and is led by professional coaches, not parent volunteers.
• Ages: 1–12 years old
• Schedule: Office hours Monday–Friday 9am–6pm; weekends 8am–5pm
Soccer Stars is backed by 20 years of experience and uses a unique, age-specific curriculum crafted by soccer experts and child development professionals to improve soccer skills, build self-confidence, and develop socialization skills. The program offers a Crib-to-College Player Pathway, with programs, classes, and camps that focus on life skills taught through soccer, instilling an active and healthy lifestyle, and supporting children’s physical and emotional growth. Soccer Stars offers Shining Stars, which uses soccer to teach life skills to children with developmental challenges, and private classes that are a completely personalized experience. The Super Soccer Stars family celebrates diversity, inclusion, and belonging, and uses positive reinforcement so each child feels supported and confident.
Soccer Stars coaches are trained coaches and early childhood specialists who receive all necessary training, a competitive hourly wage, a flexible work schedule, and a positive work environment. Super Soccer Stars coaches are required to undergo extensive background checks and participate in rigorous training programs to meet the organization’s standards for safety, coaching quality, and child development knowledge. The program maintains a low child-to-coach ratio and uses a specially designed, age-appropriate curriculum in a fun, non-competitive, educational environment.
Soccer Stars partners with early childhood centers, preschools, and elementary schools to offer in-house programming. The program also partners with schools to provide customized options before and after school or during the school day. The stated goal of Soccer Stars is to help children improve their gross motor and soccer skills, using the soccer ball as a vehicle to instill important life lessons, develop skills, boost confidence, and develop teamwork in every class, with a focus on safe and positive experiences on the field.
