YMCA of Long Island Summer Day Camp

YMCA of Long Island Summer Day Camp runs in multiple sessions across the summer. The program follows a schedule of four regular sessions in 2026, with an additional Camp Summer Recreation Bonus Week and a separate Huntington YMCA Bonus Week. Enrollment is subject to Camp Administrator approval, and all children must have a current YMCA membership at the time of camp registration.

• Schedule: Four regular sessions of approximately two weeks each, plus bonus week options

In 2026, Session 1 runs from June 29 to July 10, Session 2 runs from July 13 to July 24, Session 3 runs from July 27 to August 7, and Session 4 runs from August 10 to 21. Camp Summer Recreation Bonus Week runs August 24–28, 2026, for children in K–5th grade and is not available in East Hampton. The Huntington YMCA Bonus Week runs only from Monday, August 14, through Thursday, August 27.

All children must be current YMCA members when registering for YMCA of Long Island Summer Day Camp, and membership must remain valid through the sessions in which the child is enrolled. If a child does not have a membership, a program membership is automatically added to the bill. The Camp Administrator verifies existing memberships and refunds the membership charge if a valid membership is already in place. A credit card is not charged until the enrollment request is approved, and families receive an email confirming the enrollment request when it is approved. All camp balances are due June 27.
