Dorothy P. Flint 4-H Camp was founded in 1924 by Dorothy P. Flint and is described as the oldest 4-H camp in New York State. It is grounded in the mission of Cornell Cooperative Extensions, which is to enable people to improve their lives and communities through partnerships that put experience and research knowledge to work. The camp is accredited by the American Camp Association and licensed by the Suffolk County Department of Health.
