Sagamore Gymnastics offers gymnastics classes, open gym, birthday parties, Mommy & Me classes, Girls Gym classes, and Ninja classes. The program welcomes all ages, genders, and skill levels, and maintains a maximum student-teacher ratio of 8 to 1 to support individualized learning and attention. Many coaches at Sagamore Gymnastics are former students who transitioned from student to coach.
• Ages: 0–17 years old
Sagamore Gymnastics was founded in 2013 by Coach Lacey. The staff includes highly trained gymnasts, cheerleaders, dancers, and physical fitness experts, as well as USAG safety and risk management certified staff, licensed EMTs, athletic trainers, and CPR certified coaches, and all staff have completed extensive background checks. Coach Kat holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from New York University, and Coach Meg O is a licensed EMT.
The mission of Sagamore Academy of Gymnastics is to help all students reach their potential physically and mentally through gymnastics, and to create an environment that cultivates listening skills, confidence, self-esteem, self-discipline, and responsibility. The program states that it builds strong character and produces top quality athletes by giving each student its best, and that all students feel great about their accomplishments.
Sagamore Gymnastics is described as a family friendly, high quality program that kids love and parents trust.
