Its mission is stated as being dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. The leadership team includes Fanny Villarreal, Executive Director & CEO; Wenona Timmons, Deputy Executive Director; and Caitlyn Copfer, Chief Development Officer.
