LAUNCH Children & Youth Services offers a Summer Learning Program that encourages growth in social emotional skills and engages participants in hands-on learning. The Connect & Thrive Program continues this focus by building on summer programming to offer year-round, skill-based experiences. Through enriching activities such as group outings and structured social experiences, youth take part in experiences that focus on confidence, resilience, and strong social-emotional skills in a supportive, affirming environment.

LAUNCH Children & Youth Services operates under the leadership of Executive Director Erin Gonnella. LAUNCH has been serving the greater Onondaga County area since 1985. Its mission is to empower children, youth and adults with diverse abilities to reach their full potential through personalized services, supporting meaningful, inclusive lives where individuals are active in their choices and self-advocacy. Community involvement includes the Links for Learning Golf Tournament & Golf Ball Drop, a #GivingTuesday/Year End Campaign, and partnership opportunities where support helps people with learning and developmental disabilities achieve independence, confidence, and community connection through a variety of sponsorships.
