Youth Sports Programs at The CNY Family Sports Centre include Youth Indoor Soccer Leagues, CNY Youth Soccer for Individuals, Boys and Girls Indoor Lacrosse, Indoor Flag Football, and Micro Soccer. The program also offers The 2026 Nutmeg Tournament, a Special Shopping Event, and Birthday Parties. Online program registration is available for these activities.

The program includes youth soccer leagues for teams at all levels from ages 6 to high school, along with a rec-level soccer program that has weekly practices and games. It offers lacrosse leagues for boys and girls from modified through varsity levels, as well as indoor flag football leagues for ages 8 to 17 and weekly soccer skills and basics for ages 3 to 6. The Central New York Family Sports Centre, established in 1996, also hosts meetings, parties, and other events in a fully equipped space called The Ava Wood Room, and provides options to advertise businesses with the CNY Family Sports Centre.
