Community Art Classes offers visual arts activities and arts and crafts projects. The program includes Summer Community Art Classes, with registration currently described as live. It also features a Community Arts Student Exhibition Opening Reception on May 29 from 3 to 5 p.m.
• Schedule: Museum hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday from noon to 5 p.m., and closed on Monday.
Munson states that it creates transformational arts experiences that cultivate curiosity and creativity which enlighten, educate, and inspire. Munson describes itself as a community-centered organization that, through its actions, fosters a sense of belonging for everyone to participate. Munson’s programs are made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature.
