Club Aspire Summer Camp is part of Greystone Programs, a privately run non-profit organization. Greystone Programs is dedicated to supporting children, adults and families with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities by enriching lives one person at a time. Greystone Programs utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as an evidence-based and scientific approach to teaching essential skills for increased independence in home and community settings. Greystone Programs provides essential services and life-enriching opportunities to over 650 children, adults and families in the Mid-Hudson Valley region of New York State, with services available in Columbia, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Ulster, and Westchester counties. Greystone Programs operates 18 homes, including the flagship Individual Residential Alternatives (IRA), Greystone House. In 1979, Greystone House, the first group home in New York State for people living with autism, was opened, and in the same year Marc W. Kelley started the non-profit corporation Greystone, Inc. Marc W. Kelley is the founder and former Executive Director and also served as CEO during his 20 years as CEO. Greystone Programs’ core values are Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Honesty and Diversity. Greystone looks to foster meaningful partnerships in the business community and welcomes corporate volunteers, sponsors, and gifts-in-kind of goods or services. A parent testimonial states, “Club Aspire provides and implements skills, happiness, and friendships each and every day. Kind, caring, guidance and direction for one's daily life skills and professionalism makes Greystone the place to be.”
