About the provider

The Play Group Theatre is a nonprofit, educational theatre organization. Jill and Steven founded it, with the founding beginning in 1986, the first production running in 1995, PGT Summer Theatre starting in 1998, and the theatre complex ribbon cutting in 2010. PGT is a grantee of ArtsWestchester and has been honored for excellence in arts education, including being voted Best of Westchester's Best Local Theater Group, Best Children's Theater, Best After School Program, and Best Place to Take the Kids.

PGT states a core value of inclusion among students, staff, and audience alike and is committed to building an anti-racist, gender-inclusive community.
