About
The Goddard School of Boardman offers activities such as American Sign Language, dance, handwriting, music appreciation, sports and fitness, yoga and mindfulness, and Huddle Up Hoops Basketball. Children use tablets and an interactive whiteboard and spend time in an outdoor classroom and on playgrounds. Rachel holds a degree in Early Childhood Development, started her career at The Goddard School in 2008 as a teacher, became director in 2015, and became the on-site owner in 2022. Classrooms are specifically designed for infants (6 weeks–12 months), toddlers (12–24 months), twos (2–3 years), bridge (2.5–3.5 years), preschool (3–4 years), and pre-K (4–5 years). The school is Cognia® accredited.
