Kenston Community Education (KCE) Youth Sports, Camps & Programs offers activities such as Rec Baseball & Softball, KCE Spring Outdoor Rec Soccer Leagues, Kenston Youth Tackle Football: Mighty Mites 1st-2nd Grade, Youth Cheerleading: Flag Cheerleading and Travel Cheerleading, and Bomber COED Cross Country and Volleyball Camps. The program also includes Pee Wee Soccer Camp, Bomber Softball Camp, Big Blue Bomber Football Camp, Bomber Cheerleading Camp, Creative Writing, Kenston Youth Basketball Boys Open Gyms, and ed2go online classes such as Introduction to PHP, Resume Writing, and Financial Analyst. Additional offerings include a Kenston Travel Softball Information Session, Kenston Lady Bombers Fastpitch Tryouts for 2026–27 teams, an Introduction to Beginning Foil Fencing Camp, Jump Start Sports – All American Sports Camp – Week #5, KCE Youth Umpire Clinic & Employment, and the 2026 Spring/Summer Bomber Wrestling Club Strength Training & Conditioning and Open Mat Wrestling.

• Schedule: Seasonal options including spring outdoor soccer leagues with games from April 25–May 30, a 2026 baseball and softball season from May–July, Kenston Youth Tackle Football fall season from August–November, and a 2026 Spring/Summer Bomber Wrestling Club running May 18–August 26 with 1-hour strength training and conditioning followed by 1 hour of wrestling on scheduled days
• Price: Flag Cheerleading (entering grades K–6th) – $100 registration fee (not including uniform)
Kenston Community Education (KCE) was established in 1976, as indicated by a Memorandum of Agreement dated March 15, 1976. KCE is governed by the Auburn-Bainbridge Joint Recreation Board, which is comprised of nine members equally appointed by Auburn Township, Bainbridge Township, and Kenston Local Schools. KCE partners in community with Auburn Township, Bainbridge Township, and Kenston Local Schools to provide recreational and enrichment opportunities for residents of Auburn and Bainbridge Township, and its mission states a goal of offering the highest level of service, the broadest selection of programs, at the most affordable prices.
The Executive Director is Jennifer Moore. The KCE Board of Directors includes Kenston representatives Kevin Byrnes (Treasurer, Sept. 2023–2026), Joseph Deboth (Nov. 2023–2025), and Lynn Gotthardt (Secretary, Sept. 2024–2027); Auburn representatives David Parker (Dec. 2024–2027), Stephanie Gorup (Jan. 5, 2026–Dec. 31, 2028), and Dennis Bergansky (July 2026–July 2028); and Bainbridge representatives Sarah Delly (President, July 2025–2028), Max Yost (July 2023–2026), and Scott S. Rosenthal (July 2025–2028). Staff roles include Customer Service (Laura Wendel), Program Coordinator (Sara Zaranec), Sports Coordinator (Karen Fox), IT Specialist & Facility Scheduler (Carol Magyarics), Bookkeeper (Paula Bushnell), Sports Assistant (Kelly Yates), and Community Relations (Katy McGrath).
KCE offers a convenient Drop Box for registration and payment and also offers ed2go online classes. KCE Board of Directors quarterly meeting dates in 2026 are March 15 at 5:00pm, June 7 at 5:00pm, September 20 at 5:00pm, and December 13 at 5:00pm. KCE office hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30am–2:00pm.
