Green Meadows Schoolhouse

Green Meadows Schoolhouse offers Montessori-inspired learning for infants, child-centered exploration for toddlers, and Montessori- and Reggio-inspired, play-based learning for preschool and pre-K children. Its kindergarten and up program follows Ohio’s Olentangy School District curriculum and includes a STEAM immersed classroom without the loss of play. All-inclusive care includes organic breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack, along with bottles, formula, diapers, wipes, sunscreen, linens, classroom essentials, and transportation to and from local schools.

Programs

• Infants — 6 weeks - 18 months · Montessori-inspired learning; all-inclusive care; bottles, formula, diapers, wipes, sunscreen, meals, and supplies included.
• Toddlers — 18 months - 3 years · Child-centered program with respectful caregiving, child-led exploration, and all-inclusive care.
• Preschool / Pre-K — 3 - 5 years · Montessori- and Reggio-inspired, child-centered curriculum with play-based learning in a calm environment.
• Kindergarten & Up — 5 years + · Purposeful alignment with Ohio’s Olentangy School District curriculum and a STEAM immersed classroom without the loss of play.

Green Meadows Schoolhouse was founded in 2018. It is founded by Ms. Leah, a mother of three, and is owner-led and owner-operated. The mission statement describes an all-inclusive approach to early childhood education, rooted in Montessori principles and child-led learning.

Smaller group sizes; respectful relationships and loving language; responsive teachers; calm, nurturing classrooms; serving infants through preschool in Bexley, and infants through school-age children at the overall schoolhouse communities.
