Youth Services – Kids Club includes homework assistance, tutoring with a reading specialist, individual reading time, and activities that foster youth’s development of social skills. Tutoring is provided by a reading specialist as part of the program’s academic support.

The Youth Services – Kids Club program is part of the Clintonville-Beechwold Community Resources Center, which was founded in 1971. The center is a community-based social services agency that brings people together to help individuals and families build upon their strengths and provides assistance through a food pantry, child and youth programs, senior services, and a kinship care program. Its mission is to deliver responsive services, cultivate partnerships, and promote opportunities to foster a healthier community. The Clintonville-Beechwold Community Resources Center is part of the century-old settlement house movement, is a United Way Member Agency, and is a member of the Columbus Federation of Settlements. CRC partners include the Harry C. Moores Foundation, The Micah Fund, and Comfest. The leadership team includes Stephanie Baker, Executive Director; Andy Hall, President; Ryan Deeter, Vice President; Craig Freshour, Treasurer; Joe Blundo, Secretary; Helen Patton; Sarah Powell; Matt Sommer; Paul Marshall; Abiel Kiflu; Susan Dlouhy; Carmeen Yarbrough; Garrett Gemmaka; and Kevin Johnson.
