KinderCare Learning Companies partners with families to offer part-time and full-time child care with plenty of fun and learning. KinderCare teachers give children the freedom to be themselves, explore, and make friends. The program’s approach is stated to inspire a love of learning in children and to create a safe and supportive environment where they can build Confidence for Life.

KinderCare Learning Companies is described as the largest provider of early childhood education and care in the nation. The Center Director is Mary Slone, who has been with KinderCare since 2022.

The procurement department at KinderCare’s parent company works with suppliers on product and service specifications, supplier bidding, selection, negotiations and contracting, the purchase order system and reporting, warranties, supplier agreements and contracts, and other related procurement services. The Ethics Support Line is a confidential way for employees, customers, or anyone who interacts with KinderCare Learning Companies, including KinderCare and Champions, to report possible violations of the Code of Ethics or any accounting, internal controls, or audit-related complaints. The Ethics Support Line is hosted by a third-party hotline provider, EthicsPoint.
