Horizon Education Centers Youth Programs

Horizon Education Centers Youth Programs offers early childhood education, care, and youth development programs in centers that include extensive gross motor spaces, indoor greenhouses, and age-specific playgrounds. The programs are available all day at 21 locations and include before-school, wrap-around, and after-school options for children 6–14 years at many schools in Western Cuyahoga and Lorain County, plus at 10 Horizon centers. Fast Start tours are available so families can tour a center one day and start the program the next day.

For over 45 years, since 1978, Horizon Education Centers has provided affordable care with educational curriculums and enrichment opportunities for children ages 6 weeks to 14 years in Western Cuyahoga County and Lorain County, and has been in business for over 46 years. The mission of Horizon Education Centers Youth Programs is to provide high-quality early childhood education, care, and youth development programs. Horizon’s center-based programs are highly rated by Step Up to Quality and are rated high-quality by the State of Ohio, and these programs promote wellness and readiness.
