Primrose School of West Chester offers activities such as Early Art Masters: Big and Small Animal Tracks, It's Tummy Time!, Plant Parts, Living or Non-living?, Guided Music in Preschool Harmony & Heart, and Antonyms are Opposites!. The program uses a research-informed curriculum that blends purposeful play with nurturing guidance and is developed and taught exclusively at Primrose Schools. Children experience Primrose Friends, a group of 12 classroom puppets that highlight character traits such as honesty, compassion, creativity, and generosity, and families receive real-time app updates, photos, messages, take-home activities, and Happy Grams to mark progress.

The school includes chef-made meals, secure entry, and consistent health practices. The stated mission is that the school is more than a daycare and that through purposeful play and nurturing guidance, it helps lay the foundation for a lifelong love of learning. The franchise owners are Roland Young and Dona Young. Dona served as chairman, president, and CEO of a Fortune 1000 company that provides life, annuity, and asset management products, has a 30-year business career focused on education, talent development, business, and corporate governance, serves on three corporate boards and on the board of Saint James School in Maryland, and is an active business consultant. Roland is a graduate of Cornell University, practiced law for 30 years as the managing partner of a Connecticut law firm, has taught at the junior high, high school, and graduate school levels, and has served on various educational and non-profit boards. The couple moved to Cincinnati in 2010 to open their first Primrose School and opened Primrose Schools on two of Procter & Gamble’s campuses in January 2017.
