Junior Golf Programs at The Reserve Golf Academy include individual private lessons, playing lessons, junior camps, and the Operation36 Golf Program. The program also offers a Future 36ers class for 3–6-year-olds, private lessons focusing on swing mechanics, chipping techniques, and putting, as well as custom club fitting, club repair, and custom fitting with an indoor Trackman Bay. Session options include 30- to 60-minute lessons, 60-minute clinics, 90-minute clinics, all day clinics, and series of 3, 5, and 10 private lesson packages.

The leadership and instruction team includes Craig Griswold (PGA Director of Instruction), Chris Rogers (PGA Director of Golf), Cody Pitz (PGA Head Golf Professional), Brad Myers (PGA Teaching Professional/Director of Fitting), Jack Loberg (First Assistant Golf Professional), Dylan Crowley (Assistant Golf Professional), Tom Sera (Gears Golf Specialist / Club Repair), and Ryan Bishop (Tournament Director/Golf Professional). Craig Griswold is a First Team Collegiate All-American at the University of Oregon in 1972, a PGA member since 1978, winner of the Oregon Open and the Northwest Open, Oregon PGA Professional of the Year, and was inducted into the University of Oregon’s Sports Hall of Fame in 2013. Chris Rogers has been a Class “A” PGA professional since 1999 and began his career in 1995 as an apprentice to PGA Professionals Jerry Mowlds and Verne Perry. Cody Pitz holds a Bachelor Degree in Golf Enterprise Management from the University of Wisconsin – Stout, is a PGA Member, and an Operation 36 Master Coach. Brad Myers graduated from The University of Colorado – Colorado Springs PGA Golf Management Program in 2019 and is an active PGA member in the Pacific Northwest. Jack Loberg competed in many state amateur tournaments, won a couple state championships with the Summit Storm, and graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Business Management. Dylan Crowley provides private lessons, is one of the instructors in The Reserve’s Operation36 Golf Program, and leads the Future 36ers class for 3–6-year-olds. Tom Sera serves as Gears Golf Specialist and handles club repair, and Ryan Bishop was introduced to golf through the Nike Junior Golf Camps, attended the College of the Desert for Golf and Turf Care Management, and played amateur golf in the Pacific Northwest.

The Reserve has hosted The Fred Meyer Challenge (1998–2002), The PGA Champions Tour Major The JELD-WEN Tradition (2003–2006), the Umpqua Bank Challenge (2012), and the Oregon Amateur Championship (2015). Golf Digest, Golfweek, and GOLF Magazine have honored The Reserve in their annual “Best of” issues. One Google reviewer stated that the course was in great shape, had good pace of play, an excellent practice facility and range, and staff very welcoming to the public, with a good variety of holes and challenges.
