The Reserve Golf Academy Junior Programs include junior camps, individual private lessons, playing lessons, on-course playing lessons, and the Operation36 Golf Program. The programs also offer a Future 36ers class for 3–6-year-olds, as well as private lessons that can focus on swing mechanics, chipping techniques, and putting. Instruction options include 30 to 60 minute private instruction sessions, 60-minute clinics, 90-minute clinics, and all day clinics, along with series of 3, 5, and 10 private lesson packages.

The Reserve Golf Academy Junior Programs are part of a broader instruction team that includes PGA Director of Instruction Craig Griswold, PGA Director of Golf Chris Rogers, PGA Head Golf Professional and Operation 36 Master Coach Cody Pitz, PGA Teaching Professional/Director of Fitting Brad Myers, First Assistant Golf Professional Jack Loberg, Assistant Golf Professional Dylan Crowley, Gears Golf Specialist/Club Repair Tom Sera, and Tournament Director/Golf Professional Ryan Bishop. Craig Griswold has been a PGA member since 1978, was a First Team Collegiate All-American at the University of Oregon in 1972, has won the Oregon Open and the Northwest Open, was awarded Oregon PGA Professional of the Year, and was inducted into the University of Oregon’s Sports Hall of Fame in 2013. The Reserve has hosted The Fred Meyer Challenge (1998–2002), The JELD-WEN Tradition (2003–2006), the Umpqua Bank Challenge (2012), and the Oregon Amateur Championship (2015), and Golf Digest, Golfweek, and GOLF Magazine have honored The Reserve in their annual “Best of” issues. One Google reviewer noted that the course was in great shape, had a good pace of play, an excellent practice facility and range, and staff that were very welcoming to the public, with a good variety of holes and challenges.
