Brookings Harbor Little League offers baseball and softball, along with All Star Tryouts, skills assessments, and special events such as HAT NIGHT. The program also holds a Field Day and Equipment Swap and provides virtual community clinics and virtual coaches clinics. Coaches in the program complete concussion training and a basic first aid course.

The mission of Brookings Harbor Little League is to provide kids the opportunity to learn and apply teamwork, physical activity, and sportsmanship through baseball and softball, and it is dedicated to encouraging and developing a love of the game. Brookings Harbor Little League operates in compliance with all Little League Rules, Regulations and Operating Policies of Little League Baseball, Incorporated and states that it does not discriminate against any person on the basis of disability, race, creed, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, or religious preference, and that no child will be turned away for their inability to pay. The league notes that assessments are mandatory for league age 8 and above and that mandatory volunteer training links are provided.
The leadership team includes Tyler Travis (President), Jaime Armstrong (Vice President), Amanda Travis (Uniform Coordinator and Secretary), Jake Urbach (Player Agent), Josh Young (Coaches Coordinator), Katie Rafferty (Treasurer), Justin Rafferty (Umpire in Chief), and Isaac Hoard (Safety Manager). The Brookings Harbor Little League Board is described as 100% volunteer positions. Community involvement includes support from local sponsors, registration payment arrangements for UIHS Families, a connection to the T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant Program, and a Brookings Harbor Little League Facebook group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/323696784381728/.
