Pacific School of Dance

Pacific School of Dance offers Creative Movement for ages 3 and 4, Pre-Ballet for ages 5-6, Pre-Tap for ages 4.5-6, and Mini Hip Hop for ages 4.5-6. It also offers Ballet 1, Jazz 1, Contemporary 1, Tap 1, Hip Hop 1, and higher-level Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Tap, Hip Hop, Pre-Pointe, Pointe, and Progressing Ballet Technique/Conditioning classes.

About the provider

Pacific School of Dance is a Community Impact Program of the Boys and Girls Club of Southwest Oregon. Its vision is to provide the best possible training in a professional atmosphere, whether or not a dance career is planned. Through outreach and performances, it also endeavors to educate the public, particularly school age students, in the etiquette and benefits of watching and/or participating in artistic presentations as they apply to dance.

Preparatory classes are for children starting at age 3 by September 30 of the current school year. Preparatory students must be potty trained. Students enrolled in Jazz and/or Contemporary must be concurrently enrolled in Ballet. Level 2 students must have faculty pre-approval. Upper Level dancers must have faculty pre-approval. The 2026/2027 Parent Handbook is described as a detailed guide to the current season.
