Its mission states that every individual is equal, valuable, and welcome, and that it works to acknowledge and celebrate differences through listening and mutual respect. The mission also states that inclusion means everyone and that the program is building a community where everyone is protected and honored for who they are. The program invites community involvement through support of the Student Leader Scholarship program, learning about its partners, or applying to work with the program.
