South Valley Athletics offers a range of sports and activities, including Adult Soccer, CG Men's Basketball, Basketball, Cheer, Soccer, Volleyball, Tee Ball, Summer Camps/Activities, and RuncgRun. The program uses fields and gyms where no dogs are allowed at practices or games, and only marked service dogs are permitted.

The stated mission of South Valley Athletics is: “SUPPORTING OUR COMMUNITY WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF HEALTHY, CONFIDENT, CAPABLE INDIVIDUALS THROUGH A FUN, SAFE ATHLETIC EXPERIENCE.” The program has community involvement that includes support from ATA through a donation to their golf fundraiser, support from L.A.B Golf through donation of two putters and hats to their golf fundraiser, sponsorship and support from Random Acts of Cookies during their inaugural golf fundraiser, and a donation from Cottage Grove Speedway to their golf fundraiser. Families can sign up for a newsletter through the Contact Us page, and photos used by the program are credited to Gary Ordway Photography.
