Solar panels installed at the Grants Pass Club are projected to save thousands on power bills each year and eliminate 2,102 tons of carbon dioxide over the lifetime of the system, which is stated as equivalent to planting 48,977 trees. Richard “Dick” Smith states, “Our youth of today are our leaders of tomorrow and champions for a better quality of life in our community.”
